Peggie Foster of Rocky Mount, the widow of W.H. (Pete) Foster, made a substantial contribution to the “Lights for Life” fundraiser Tuesday. Mrs. Foster presented her donation to Danny Perdue, Joel Shepherd and L.D. Arrington, shown from left, at the Allen O. Woody Jr. Municipal Building in Rocky Mount.
